Agree with other commend, I believe Simon and Jane were instrumental in helping with a rapid turnaround and completion of the purchase. GoogleAbsolute delight working with them. They helped us get our first flat on rent when we had freshly moved to the UK. They were very helpful with the flat maintenance and any requests we had for appliance repair during our stay. Laura from their team topped all this recently by returning us a month's rent that we had overpaid a little more than 3 years ago! Thanks for all this and wish other estate agencies could be as good and honest like them!

GoogleReally attentive and personalised service. Georgia and Brooke were always available contactable and prepared to engage with every detail of my property sale. Everything from sitting in the property for hours while a plumber inspected to turning up early in the day to air the house out. Also went on to purchase a property with them too and the same attention to detail .. chasing lenders/sellers/conveyancers. Huge thankyou guys !!

She was very attentive and I could always get hold of her, she even came in to do a viewing of the house for me on her day off! GoogleI choose John d wood Fulham to sell my home because of Brooke. She is the most profession estate agent I have ever dealt with as well as being highly personable and professional throughout. Of particular note was her personal attention once the offer had been accepted in chasing the buyers solicitor to ensure the sale was completed in a short timescale, and was incredibly efficient in communicating with all parties. GoogleJust completed on selling our Fulham flat. Quite a challenging process for a range of reasons but nothing to do with John D Wood. The whole team there were brilliant, lovely people to deal with but also very professional, organised and proactive. Particular shout out to Georgia Clay who managed the process fantastically well and got us over the line. Would highly recommend.

GoogleGreat overall experience when renting a flat in Fulham through John D Wood. Eduard Popa was extremely helpful with my flat search. He was able to address all questions about the property I was inquiring about in a very professional and reliable manner. Finding a flat in February 2022 when most companies and universities are asking people to come back to London had become an impossible mission, taking most of my evenings and weekends. I walked into John D Wood at 10am on a Saturday, and by 2.30pm, my offer had been accepted and one week deposit paid to secure the property. Eduard removed the property from the website in front of me to avoid any future misunderstandings. The rest of the team were really helpful in the following days as we worked through the references process and the tenancy agreement. Eduard, Abigail and Lola, a team of superstars at John D Wood Fulham! I definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a flat in Fulham.

GoogleThe service offered by the Property Management team is shocking. Myself and a friend rented a two bedroom property from John D Wood. We have now been in the property for over 4 months and are yet to be provided with 2 sets of functioning keys. Despite the gravity of the issue, John D Wood have not been proactive in trying to find a solution for this. The Property Management staff are unprofessional, rude and generally incompetent, especially Alessandro Lucatello and Adam Michael. John D Wood and the respective Landlord consistently denied any responsibility for the situation making it difficult, time consuming and stressful to resolve. If you do decide to rent with John D Wood, make sure you have a break clause included in your contract. Having said that, Katherine Garces is excellent, very responsive and was a real pleasure to engage with. I would not want my negative review of the Property Management team to reflect poorly on her!

John D Wood & Co. recently helped me to sell my property and I found them extremely professional and very helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and when a storm took down a tree and demolished the hedge, they immediately got a chap along to sort it out.Their communication regarding feedback from potential buyers was superb. I never had to chase them for information and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a property.
