We sold our home in Fulham through John D Wood, after failing to generate any real interest with Purplebricks. Every step of the process was carefully managed with a personal touch by a team who clearly had a detailed understanding of the local market, as well as the buyers they were working with. Although we largely only liaised with one salesperson (thanks Georgia!) this was true of all the team we interacted with. We initially had some issues finding a buyer due to some location issues but John D Wood kept up a consistent and high volume of viewers and we soon received a decent offer. The sales process was managed quickly and professionally, and they maintained regular contact throughout. I would highly recommend using John D Wood if you are buying or selling in the local area.

My experience with Adrian at John D Wood was superb. Having been handed my property from another office, as someone left, Adrian managed to find a buyer in record time. He is knowledgeable, communicative and very thorough. He went the extra mile when my tenant got locked out and went over to help after work hours. He was very good at chasing the sale through even though there were a few hurdles along the way. I would strongly advise using Adrian if you are thinking about selling your property in Fulham :)

Seemed to be on edge and ignored my messages inquiring more information on the property. I spoke with Eddie for a flat just come on the market, he said he will contact tenant for access after waiting 1 day never heard back in fact I called back 3 times in a space of 2 days, I was really disappointed to find out that his colleague has managed to get people into the flat and accept offers. This is very disappointing he took too long trying to get access while his colleague managed to do so and let the apartment. He didn’t even know that the flat was Let afterwards, I had to find out on Zoopla that the flat was Let. As an agent you need to be on the ball, unfortunately I had an agent who didn’t.

JDW LETTINGS DEPT HIGH ST WIMBLEDON - AVOID

The head of lettings in Wimbledon High Street cold-called me for months promising me she had corporate clients for my property, this was an untruth. From October to December, she tried to coerce me into dropping the price, advising me the 'market was particularly quiet' (old gem used by agents trying to scaremonger you into submission' I made two formal written complaints about this lady AC, and they were to respond to as per JDW's website statements. AC then tried to force me to accept two out of four tenants whose references were sketchy (one has only joined his company and the other was a Temp). AC then tried to coerce me into accepting tenants and rush through a gas safety cert which the company JDW recommended failed on my property (this later proved to be a false failed GSC). Out of the blue, I was asked to make my complaint to AC who responded to a complaint about herself!!!!! She then sent me an invoice for the rent for four tenants who have never entered the property and had failed references that were turned down. AC is. a bully whose sharp practice is supported by Ms Haskins another employee who is trying to coerce money from me on false pretences. I am outing this company. Normally I would respond.. however it did not end there, AC’s dept head from JDW HQ then started to bully me demanding I pay them one years rent even though no transaction or tenant was supplied ( due to FAKE references). The bullied me to the point of a breakdown! This company knowingly lied to me- tried to brush over trying to take 12 mo the fees and simply kept badgering me up to recently.

Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back. There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.
