GoogleUnfortunately a poor experience before even getting your foot in the door. Dealt with Aron, but wish I hadn't. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I said I was interested in submitting an offer, and enquired as to the process but then heard nothing. When I expressed my displeasure with receiving no contact for 3 days he responded with "sorry for not replying straight after the viewing". It is obviously concerning that he has not realised responding to letting enquiries is his job, and a passive aggressive response in a professional environment is unacceptable. He also informed me he submitted my offer and it was overlooked for someone else, didn't even get to the point of giving him an offer to submit though... because I'd been aired... Edit: Since posting I've since received a call from Aron to apologise and give assurances the procedures were followed.

GoogleWas shown around potential new rental property by Aron. Very courteous chap, called ahead on the day to confirm the viewing, arrived punctually so that I didn't have to wait, answered all of my questions at the time, and assisted with passing my details on the landlord. I am now in the process of agreeing a formal contract at the property. Overall efficient and helpful service from this Estate Agents, and staff to match.

GoogleIf you’re a student, please avoid this company and Ryan specifically at all costs. 0 issues in our house such as a damaged back gate (security risk) and a damaged and crumbling ceiling due to a shower leak were sorted in the year we lived there. Most recently they are avoiding our emails regarding the release of our deposits and refusing to even give us any information regarding it. Terrible Experience

GoogleGreat service, puts me at ease knowing that Jeffrey Ross consistently provides excellent services and I know that when any issues arises which need urgent attention, it is dealt with promptly and effectively at minimal cost and effort. Thank you to the Property & maintenance team especially as take care of all issues whether small or large effectively with regular updates and always at the best interest of tenants and landlord.

They’ve been very attentive the entire time searching for a house and continued to support us after signing the contract with any queries we had. Actively provided us options based on the criteria we offered and had very quick response times. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing in the area.

GoogleWe have just had to sell a flat via auction which is a completely alien experience for us but Maria Pagonessa at Jeffrey Ross went completely above and beyond anything we could have hoped for helping gather all the information and forms required and explaining what we needed to do. For anything property related Maria is your girl.

GoogleMaddie Parker was brilliant to work with and went the extra mile to keep us updated, guide us through the sales process, reassure us, and chase other parties involved to get us the completion date we needed. I am not sure we would have got the sale through as quickly as we did without her expertise and passion to get the job done!

GoogleEasiest process I've had in terms of renting a new home and always come back to me fairly quickly Very clear throughout and highly recommend Clearly better than a lot of the estate agents in the area
