GoogleI'm leaving this review for the incredible service from Paul Davies whom is a worker at Jeffrey Ross, he sold two of my properties and the process was undoubtably professional, easy and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul always returning my telephone calls as well as doing most of the viewings in both properties, always gave feedback, and if I need to sell again I'd certainly go to Jeffrey Ross.

GoogleUPDATE: Instead of accepting responsibility for their poor communication and errors, Jeffrey Ross has now issued me with a £300 withdrawal fee. This is despite the fact that I withdrew because of their failings, and despite the fact that I was even advised over the phone by one of their staff that perhaps it would be best to remove my property from the market with them. To me, this says everything: minimum service, maximum profits. I feel they are more interested in securing fees than in properly looking after their clients. I would urge anyone considering using Jeffrey Ross to think carefully about the quality of service you can expect. --- My experience with Jeffrey Ross has been very disappointing. Communication has consistently been poor, and I was left feeling that important details were not made clear when they should have been. I accepted an offer over the phone believing it was unconditional, only to later discover that conditions had been attached. At no point during the call were these mentioned, which left me accepting something that wasn’t fully explained. I also became concerned that assumptions about works on the property were being made without my consent. On top of this, when my flat was advertised online through sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla, it was listed incorrectly as a house rather than an apartment, which shows a clear lack of care and attention to detail. This reflects a serious lack of clear communication and accuracy, and I have since withdrawn my property from the market as I no longer have confidence in their service. I would urge others to think carefully before instructing this agency. My response to Elliott: To clarify, there is no leak in the property. The bathroom simply requires some minor painting beneath the sink, which had been commented on by viewers but never agreed to by me as a condition. My concern remains that when the offer was presented to me over the phone, no conditions were mentioned at all. I specifically asked if there was anything else attached to the offer and was told there was not. On that basis, I accepted it instantly, only to later find that conditions had been included in writing. This is why I feel the communication fell short, I should have been fully informed of all terms at the time of the call. This, combined with other issues such as my flat being listed online as a house rather than an apartment, has left me disappointed with the standard of service. I stand by my review and decision to withdraw the property from the market.

Whilst it’s disappointing to read, I would like to get an understanding on what has happened, as our system shows the offer on your apartment was conditional to a leak repair being attended to prior to completion and was put to you in writing? Whilst I appreciate this may have not been discussed on the phone, it was part of the offer in writing that was sent. I need to speak to the team regarding the timeline, but is a real shame to lose you as a client in light of a great offer that was achieved. I would welcome the chance to discuss this further. He's a lovely guy, and he anticipates questions about the property and comes prepared with answers. He gave us information up-front that other agents don't think to mention. In the future, I would be very happy to hear if he's the agent for other properties we like.

GoogleFantastic viewing experience with Ollie V. Cannot recommend enough. He knew the property, including those questions people usually ask about lofts/boilers/windows etc, knew it's faults and was up front with them, knew it's potential, knew how we could make it work for us potentially. He took actual time to show us around, let us take our time, involved our boys in discussions/suggestions. We've done this a fair bit over the years and I think my wife and I would agree, this was one of the best viewings we've ever been involved in. If Ollie is the standard by which Jeffrey Ross do all their viewings, fantastic!

Team really friendly and seemed on top of the process keeping me updated regularly . The only reason for not 5 stars is that there was some info I had to chase up about the property that i needed from management company and have to follow up post completion.Im sure if they were aware from vendor then would have informed me. Would use them again though definitely and Ruby gave me good ideas on interior design!

I recently applied to rent a property through Jeffrey Ross, and I was disappointed with the outcome. My friend and I, both male, were interested in a spacious 932 sq ft off Waterloo road advertised as 2 bed flat that had two official bedrooms and an additional small room, effectively making it a three-bedroom flat. Despite the ample space, we were informed that the property was only available for a single person or a couple due to the presence of elderly residents in the building. This decision felt unreasonable, especially since the flat was more than suitable for two individuals. We believe our application was rejected without a valid explanation, as we were not given the opportunity to provide additional context or details about our previous rental history, where we lived peacefully among elderly neighbors for over two years Edward Nicholl Court which is literally 2 min's walk from property we been interesting to rent . It was frustrating to be denied based on criteria that seemed unclear and biased. We were fully capable of affording and maintaining the property, and this experience has raised concerns about the fairness of the rental process with this agency. I hope that such practices are reviewed, as they can be disheartening for potential tenants in today's rental market.

As Lettings Agents, we are asked to act on behalf of our Landlord client to secure suitable tenants as per their wish - in this case, our requirement was to find a single person or couple for their concern of additional noise pollution to the elderly lady, downstairs should two friends occupy the property.
