Paul was always available to answer my questions and even took the time to respond while he was on holiday which shows the level of commitment and care he puts into his clients. What really stood out was that Paul did not just focus on the sale itself but also offered me valuable advice over the years on how to manage and look after my property. His knowledge honesty and practical tips and tricks have been a huge help and made me feel supported well beyond the usual role of an estate agent. Paul Davies who acted for me on both sales was fantastic during the whole process - keeping me informed by phone or e-mails. Nothing was too much trouble, however small. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of using Jeffrey Ross twice in recent months, both for the sale of my flat and the sale of my Mothers. Paul was the estate agent for both and was always so friendly, professional and informative. Paul went above and beyond for us as my Mum was very ill at the time and he was so helpful with local knowledge (where to get a lockbox etc) and I can’t thank him enough! Would 100% recommend

His experience and expertise were invaluable, his advice was accurate and relevant. Phone calls received a quick response. The sale of our letting property progressed smoothly and quickly. GoogleMy husband and I have sold two properties in Penarth in quick succession with the help of Paul Davies. It's no secret that being stuck in long chains is difficult and we were at the top of a long change on both occasions. Paul's talent is being honest about how to manage all the buyers and sellers in this process. On one occasion he went to visit the seller who had just lost a buyer and found out they really wanted to stay in the chain as they had fallen in love with their prospective home. The chain held as we waited for this new buyer. The upshot was the chain held and the eventual sale when through. What I like about Paul is his genial manner and pro active problem solving skills in the most difficult circumstances. Jeffrey Ross has a central person who managers the sales process but we found it best for progress reports and what we needed was Paul with his knowledge of the local market in Penarth,, his people skills and sound knowledge of the legal/financial process.

Also a big thanks to Lisa and Jess in the lettings team for helping us secure onward accommodation. The whole process was done so quickly, efficiently and met our needs perfectly. GoogleI'm leaving this review for the incredible service from Paul Davies whom is a worker at Jeffrey Ross, he sold two of my properties and the process was undoubtably professional, easy and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul always returning my telephone calls as well as doing most of the viewings in both properties, always gave feedback, and if I need to sell again I'd certainly go to Jeffrey Ross.
