I used Jeffrey Ross to sell my house. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the sale very last minute due to personal issues. Jeffrey Ross were really understanding and helpful during this time and even waived the termination fee. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you

GoogleWe have moved a couple of times in Penarth and generally found the other agencies involved in those moves to be good. But I would really caution sellers against using Jeffery Ross. At every stage of the process we found them to be unsatisfactory and, if it hadn't been for the other agents involved in the chain, the sale would not have happened. At our initial viewing, the agent lacked both knowledge and interest in basic information about the house and position of the sellers. But was also rude, not bothering to look up from his phone when we were talking to him. When our offer had been accepted we found them even harder to deal with. Whenever I called our named contact, the phone was unanswered and messages were not returned. Emails went unanswered until we had to explicitly ask for confirmation they had been received and even then we got confirmation the email had been received but no substantive response. We lacked confidence that issues were being raised with the sellers. Our agent and solicitor found them equally difficult to deal with, facing similar issues. On the one occasion they proactively contacted us, it was to ask me for information on the chain and how the sale was progressing. If it hadn't been for the other agents in the chain, the sale wouldn't have happened. I've never written a negative review before but when choosing an estate agent there isn't always a lot to go on and with many other competent agents available in Penarth I felt compelled to caution people against Jeffery Ross who caused so much stress and ultimately would have lost the sale, if it hadn't been for the other agents involved in the chain.

I understand it can be a stressful time moving home, unfortunately we have no control if there are delays in the chain that are beyond our control. I have checked our records as the property completed over 6 weeks ago and no complaint has been registered; our sales staff are valued, very knowledgeable and have worked in the area for 30 years and take pride in everything they do. Jeffrey Ross, Pontcanna Branch staff went above and beyond to make sure we could rent a flat in time to start a new job. Our circumstances were complicated and time was short, but Gemma, Ryan, Cody and Maria were so helpful and efficient that the whole process was turned around in a few days. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, it doesn’t matter how big or small the problem is it is always solved instantly. He showed us the property outside of working hours, did extra viewings for my partner who lived away - and was extremely knowledgeable about the property when taking us around. If anyone was selling their home I’d encourage them to seek out Paul! He absolutely made this sale happen, and was always happy to go the extra mile.

GoogleI transferred the sale of my late partner's property to Jeffrey Ross after the first estate agents didn't really meet expectations. It was difficult for me to sell somewhere that had so many memories and Jeffrey Ross, in particular Paul Davies, were wonderful. Caring and kind and took the time to really get to know the apartment and everything about it. The chain fell through a few times through no ones fault (well, maybe our shortest ever reigning prime minister) which was harrowing but they kept me positive and each time it sold again really quickly due to their knowledge of the area, the property and their thorough and professional approach. I would highly recommend them.
