My husband and I recently sold our house through Ibbett Moseley. From the very beginning, they were efficient and friendly and made the process very smooth. They booked in viewings on the very first day the house went on the market. They always answered emails and picked up the phone. Our house sale got a little complicated with 7 houses in the chain, but Ibbett Moseley kept us informed throughout and made the experience a lot less stressful that it could have been! Thanks to them, we are in our new home for Christmas! Would recommend to anyone.

I bought a house through the help of Borough Green branch recently. Couldn't be more grateful with the help from Lulu, Trudie and Greg, they made sure everything work smoothly in the purchase process. Lulu is friendly and professional. She provided lots of help in house searching, checking up etc, and we are happy to have her help along the way.

Mike and Harry from the Sevenoaks branch dealt with the sale of our Flat in Dunton Green. They were both sensible and professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Their valuation was realistic and proved accurate in a difficult first time buyer market. In the end we were pleased with what we got and we would be happy to recommend them.

We would have been lost without Ibbett Mosely! After some pretty terrible experiences with other agents Ibbett Mosely came to our rescue. In particular, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Harry at the Sevenoaks branch. Harry being our main agent throughout the whole of our sale. He has been nothing short of FANTASTIC! He gave us regular and full updates, chased people and kept on tops of things. When he was out of the office he gave full and clear updates to Mike who kept things going for us. Harry was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always made himself available to us. He is the best example of what an estate agent should be and we couldn't be more pleased with him. The team are kind, caring, upfront and passionate about what they do. We would also like to give a mention to Geraldine who is based at Ibbett Mosely in Otford who has also been extremely helpful and wonderful throughout this process with helping us search for the perfect property in the Otford area. Thank you so much to the team! We would most definitely use Harry, Mike or Geraldine again should the occasion arise.

Many thanks to Greg, Trudie and Lulu in the Borough Green office for being so friendly, helpful and informative… We agreed an acceptable price very quickly and all “probate hurdles” were negotiated in a timely manner. This made what could have been a painful and emotional experience altogether more bearable! We would definitely recommend Ibbett Mosely’s Borough Green team!

Utterly brilliant from start to finish.

Utterly brilliant from start to finish particularly Gail Lee. We had fantastic communication all the way through the sale and couldn't recommend the whole team at West Malling enough. I'm hoping it will be a long time before we need them again but they would be my first call and I share that opinion with anyone that is looking!

Dealing with Ian and his team at Ibbett Mosley was a breath of fresh air having had an awful experience with another Biggin Hill estate agent. Ian and his transparent approach to everything, helped navigate us through the minefield which can be a property purchase and we were extremely impressed with his conduct throughout. Thank you Ian and Co

Exceptional . From first contact to exchange... Faultless service, excellent communication and just a helpful practical approach to dealing with the chain and the matters that arise when selling and buying a property. All members of the team viewed the property from the outset. From realistic valuation and just an approach that is old school but 100% reliable and accurate. If I was selling again I would definitely choose Ian and his team . Huge thanks to you all

Invert Mosely are fantastic. Nothing like other estate agents I’ve dealt with. They are highly empathetic, listen to your needs, care about you as a seller, aren’t pushy, are incredibly professional, and just nice to deal with. I’d not sell my home through anyone else.

Please stay away from these cheats. Had a horrible experience dealing with them yesterday. They took a one-week holding deposit and all the detailed information(which I filled for 2 hours finishing late till night) and the next day their Branch manager called and said she can't give me the property as the owners would not want a young family in it. This is ridiculous if that's the reason they should have put this into the property add itself or let me know before taking the booking amount. I humbly suggest people stay away from such cheap agents.

Ibbett Mosely dealt with the sale of our flat with tremendous professionalism and integrity. The whole team was wonderful but Giulia deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to help with our onward purchase, which proved unexpectedly difficult. We felt we were in extremely good hands at every step of the way and recommend them wholeheartedly.

This was out first house sale which was overseen by Deborah, who was incredibly approachable, patient and helpful. Deborah and her team couldn't have done enough for us to ensure a smooth transition in selling our property from start to finish. They were great at keeping us up to date with the whole process and answering any questions, no matter how small. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic!! 5*

We used Ibbett Mosely as our estate agents to buy our very first house. Some other estate agents put us off straight away even before viewing the house because they were so cold and extremely unfriendly, but Deborah from Ibbet Mosely had such passion and care and made us fall in love with our house from the start. Throughout the process, they contacted us frequently, even through the stress of moving, they instantly put us at ease. The knowledge, customer care and most importantly, communication was fantastic, even answering emails outside of their working hours. Ibbett Mosely truly strive to be the best and we couldn't recommend this company enough. Absolutely 5*

We cannot thank the West Malling branch of Ibbett Mosely enough. Deborah and her team have gone out of their way to support us with our house sale and continue to do so with the preparations for our imminent move. Despite selling during the pandemic Ibbett Mosely provided continuous support, answered questions, vetted enquiries and ensured that only serious potential purchasers were recommended to us for viewings. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t recommend Deborah and her team enough. Provided an excellent service selling our house in double quick time for the price we wanted. If you are thinking of selling your house I wouldn’t hesitate in getting in contact with the West Malling office.
