Gail and Deborah were fantastic in their support of the sale of two houses for us. Throughout the entire process they kept us updated, negotiated on certain aspects with extreme professionalism and were really invested in our move going above and beyond on so many occasions. A really personal service which is what we wanted, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ibbett Moseley

My husband and I recently sold our house through Ibbett Moseley. From the very beginning, they were efficient and friendly and made the process very smooth. They booked in viewings on the very first day the house went on the market. They always answered emails and picked up the phone. Our house sale got a little complicated with 7 houses in the chain, but Ibbett Moseley kept us informed throughout and made the experience a lot less stressful that it could have been! Thanks to them, we are in our new home for Christmas! Would recommend to anyone.

We recently bought a house from Ibbett Mosely and had such a fantastic experience. From my first phone call to Tracy to find out more information about the house to exchanging and completing we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, personable and communicative team. Deborah’s communication was exceptional, she worked so hard to make sure the sale went through at a time that suited both her buyer and us. At times when we thought the chain might wobble Deborah went out of her way to reassure all parties and make sure we were all on the same page, if it wasn’t for Deborah I think we would still be yet to exchange as she really pulled the whole chain together. I would recommend Deborah and her team to anyone who asked, they are just brilliant. We would use them ourselves if we were to ever move (which we won’t as the house they found us is so wonderful!)

Deborah and the team have been brilliant from the moment we spoke to them right up until the completion of the house. We were outside of the area and had to sell remotely during the pandemic. They handled everything smoothly and with COVID safety in mind. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and warmness.

We used Ibbett Mosely as our estate agents to buy our very first house. Some other estate agents put us off straight away even before viewing the house because they were so cold and extremely unfriendly, but Deborah from Ibbet Mosely had such passion and care and made us fall in love with our house from the start. Throughout the process, they contacted us frequently, even through the stress of moving, they instantly put us at ease. The knowledge, customer care and most importantly, communication was fantastic, even answering emails outside of their working hours. Ibbett Mosely truly strive to be the best and we couldn't recommend this company enough. Absolutely 5*

I couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents from the minute they did the valuations, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The viewing were extremely well managed and the staff in the offices were so polite, kind and considerate when arranging the details. Deborah did an outstanding job at the time of accepting an offer and handled all negotiations to to a quality that I cannot even describe, it was faultless. She made every effort to find the best buyer and kept me updated every step of our process. The other factor that i want to say thank you for was the detail and support in navigating me through the legal process, liaising with soliciters and facilities management companies which relieved so much stress during the pandemic. Can’t recommend them enough and absolutely would use them again and again!!!!

GoogleHad booked a property viewing for a Saturday so my husband could view with me. Contacted at 8:30am the morning of the viewing, estate agent wanted to cancel because the office hadn't looked at her diary, she had some viewings across the road at that same time. No apology for the cancellation. Was very rude about trying to rearrange, just dismissed us because she'd been told we hadn't sold our property yet. Put me completely off dealing with them.

Ibbett Mosley tried to sell me a property which they had no right to market as no diligence had been done on the seller-who had no right to sell. 3 months in and still no formal response to my complaint
