TrustpilotI used Ibbett Mosely twice
I used Ibbett Mosely twice - to purchase my house and to sell it. So great was the service I received when I bought my home that I used them again six years later to sell. Best agency in the area by a mile. I would not hesitate to recommend the team in West Malling - efficient, friendly and professional.
Thanks very much for your review Liesa, it was a pleasure to help you.

Ibbett Mosley tried to sell me a property which they had no right to market as no diligence had been done on the seller-who had no right to sell. 3 months in and still no formal response to my complaint
We are very sorry to hear you have had this experience with one of our offices. Our Sevenoaks branch now have a new manager who can assist you on 01732 452246.

GoogleWonderful to sell through. I was worried reading a previous post but my fears have been put aside. I was given polite and excellent service by Alan and Nicola behind the desk and they gave me great advice on my items I wished to sell. I would definitely use them again.
Thank you Thomas

GoogleWhen buying or selling your home you want to work with skilled professionals who know the local market inside-out. You want excellent communication through every step of the process and cool heads when the going gets tough. You want to feel confident you're working with the best team in the business and that they won't let you down. You want Ian, Helen and Tara at Westerham's Ibbett Mosely. They live up to all of this and more. Best Estate Agency in town by some distance.

Hi David, sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service Ibbett Mosely provided back in 2016. The office is under new management now, so perhaps we will get a chance to restore your faith in our business one day.

GoogleI made a cash offer with conplition very fast and no survey a month ago with this agency (branch in borough green) they are very bad in communicating with customers they just will not bother in letting you know what was going on.i was very patience in waiting and was told they were going to wait for the monday coming so we could made a best and final offer but never happened!never told me they sold it without a chance to increase it i had to call after days of not hearing from them. Very unprofessional on the buyer but for sure on the seller also who would have had a chance to get more money!!
