GoogleWe would have been lost without Ibbett Mosely! After some pretty terrible experiences with other agents Ibbett Mosely came to our rescue. In particular, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Harry at the Sevenoaks branch. Harry being our main agent throughout the whole of our sale. He has been nothing short of FANTASTIC! He gave us regular and full updates, chased people and kept on tops of things. When he was out of the office he gave full and clear updates to Mike who kept things going for us. Harry was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always made himself available to us. He is the best example of what an estate agent should be and we couldn't be more pleased with him. The team are kind, caring, upfront and passionate about what they do. We would also like to give a mention to Geraldine who is based at Ibbett Mosely in Otford who has also been extremely helpful and wonderful throughout this process with helping us search for the perfect property in the Otford area. Thank you so much to the team! We would most definitely use Harry, Mike or Geraldine again should the occasion arise.

GoogleHarry took on the sale of a local property for my family which had been proving difficult to sell elsewhere following an unexpected bereavement. He inspired a lot of confidence in us, found a new buyer quite quickly and then gave patient, professional and practical support to all concerned over the period that followed before the solicitors were finally happy and we were able to complete. We've been extremely impressed with the company service as a whole, and very grateful to Harry.

My husband and I recently sold our house through Ibbett Moseley. From the very beginning, they were efficient and friendly and made the process very smooth. They booked in viewings on the very first day the house went on the market. They always answered emails and picked up the phone. Our house sale got a little complicated with 7 houses in the chain, but Ibbett Moseley kept us informed throughout and made the experience a lot less stressful that it could have been! Thanks to them, we are in our new home for Christmas! Would recommend to anyone.

We recently bought a house from Ibbett Mosely and had such a fantastic experience. From my first phone call to Tracy to find out more information about the house to exchanging and completing we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, personable and communicative team. Deborah’s communication was exceptional, she worked so hard to make sure the sale went through at a time that suited both her buyer and us. At times when we thought the chain might wobble Deborah went out of her way to reassure all parties and make sure we were all on the same page, if it wasn’t for Deborah I think we would still be yet to exchange as she really pulled the whole chain together. I would recommend Deborah and her team to anyone who asked, they are just brilliant. We would use them ourselves if we were to ever move (which we won’t as the house they found us is so wonderful!)

GooglePlease stay away from these cheats. Had a horrible experience dealing with them yesterday. They took a one-week holding deposit and all the detailed information(which I filled for 2 hours finishing late till night) and the next day their Branch manager called and said she can't give me the property as the owners would not want a young family in it. This is ridiculous if that's the reason they should have put this into the property add itself or let me know before taking the booking amount. I humbly suggest people stay away from such cheap agents.

I cannot rate Ibbett Mosley’s West Malling office highly enough. Deborah and Jules were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They were working under very difficult conditions because of Covid 19 and the March 31st stamp duty deadline. However, they achieved a very good price for my property and offered great service throughout. I will definitely use them for any future property transactions.

Their valuation was realistic and proved accurate in a difficult first time buyer market. In the end we were pleased with what we got and we would be happy to recommend them.
