I used Ibbett Mosely twice - to purchase my house and to sell it. So great was the service I received when I bought my home that I used them again six years later to sell. Best agency in the area by a mile. I would not hesitate to recommend the team in West Malling - efficient, friendly and professional.

GoogleExcellent service! Very impressed with Ibbetts and their dealing with our house purchase especially during the Covid situation. We used Ibbett Mosely as our estate agents to buy our very first house. Some other estate agents put us off straight away even before viewing the house because they were so cold and extremely unfriendly, but Deborah from Ibbet Mosely had such passion and care and made us fall in love with our house from the start. Throughout the process, they contacted us frequently, even through the stress of moving, they instantly put us at ease. The knowledge, customer care and most importantly, communication was fantastic, even answering emails outside of their working hours. Ibbett Mosely truly strive to be the best and we couldn't recommend this company enough. Absolutely 5*

Fantastic service from Ibbett Mosely, West Malling. Deborah, Gail and Bev accompanied all the viewings and kept us up to date. Had offers of full asking price in 15 days. Was great to be able to pop into the office for reassurance. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents from the minute they did the valuations, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The viewing were extremely well managed and the staff in the offices were so polite, kind and considerate when arranging the details. Deborah did an outstanding job at the time of accepting an offer and handled all negotiations to to a quality that I cannot even describe, it was faultless. She made every effort to find the best buyer and kept me updated every step of our process. The other factor that i want to say thank you for was the detail and support in navigating me through the legal process, liaising with soliciters and facilities management companies which relieved so much stress during the pandemic. Can’t recommend them enough and absolutely would use them again and again!!!!

GoogleWe have been waiting for a week to finish the process of renting our house We were asked for papers etc ..and we given. and 5 days before we got home they told us that Stella couldn't give us the house because she needed a guarantor. And that the money we gave for a guarantee will not be returned to us. For 4 years we have never had problems with HELENBREZ at home. We paid rent every month and always on time. We are very upset and disappointed for this you are doing to us

Ibbett Mosley tried to sell me a property which they had no right to market as no diligence had been done on the seller-who had no right to sell. 3 months in and still no formal response to my complaint
