GoogleHad booked a property viewing for a Saturday so my husband could view with me. Contacted at 8:30am the morning of the viewing, estate agent wanted to cancel because the office hadn't looked at her diary, she had some viewings across the road at that same time. No apology for the cancellation. Was very rude about trying to rearrange, just dismissed us because she'd been told we hadn't sold our property yet. Put me completely off dealing with them.

GoogleRented a house when they were still Evans & Matta - a simple pleasurable process. The people were lovely and the house was perfect. Now, however, they phone you back when they feel like it, make you take days off work to wait in for a tradesman who isn't coming because he was "too busy to phone and let you know" an generally make you feel like a great inconvenience.
We are sorry you had that experience with one of our tradesman, whilst we do our best with contact it isn't always possible if the tradesman in question does not communicate with the office.
