GoogleGood estate agents are hard to come by, often they stretch the truth, just to get a sale, telling you what they think you want to hear! Having dealt with a few over the years I can honestly say, Janette and Kim at Howards have been a breath of fresh air!
Janette's energy, enthusiasm, honesty and empathy, (due to our circumstances) along with the time she invested in getting helping us get our property on the market, I could not fault.
With around 20 viewings, we had an offer in 4 weeks!
Kim's attention to detail and speedy responses to any queries, was brilliant.
The communication from both ladies has been brilliant!

Janette and Kim are a breath of fresh air and if all estate agent were the same, moving would not be stressful, they could not have done more, attentive from the word go, communication fantastic and even phoning back out of office hours, helping with survey issues just completely supportive and reassuring.
