GoogleWe cannot recommend Janette and Sam at Howards Estate Agent highly enough. From the beginning to the end Janette was absolutely amazing, so professional and enthusiastic and determined to sell our property. Great communication the whole way through, always responded quickly to our queries with Sam in the office keeping us up to date with viewings etc. It wasn't all plain sailing, but Janette was always positive and made the whole process that much easier, she always had a plan! Janette was great fun to work with and clearly has enormous passion for selling houses. We would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell.

Liz Gamlen at Howard Morley made our tenancy feel like an inconvenience she had to tolerate. Communication was entirely one-sided, we'd wait weeks for responses to straightforward queries, yet when she needed something from us, we were given hours to comply. There was no sense that we were valued clients paying for a service. Interactions were curt, dismissive, and consistently rushed, as though our concerns were beneath her attention. The overall impression was that tenants exist to serve the agent, not the other way around. If you're looking for a letting agent who treats tenants with basic professionalism and respect, I'd look elsewhere.

This was made all the more important as at the start of the process to secure my chosen property everything had to be done by email or a very unreliable video link. The fact that this was done in a manner that made it easy to do is in no small part testament to their approach to their clients. Once I arrived back in the UK the remaining completion of the purchase was completed in 10 days. Again in no small part due to the efforts of Kim and Janette who were extremely flexible throughout. 100% would use them again

She was so proactive and instrumental in moving the process along with solicitors… especially in the final weeks when she was always available, phoning with updates and working hard behind the scenes. She was pivotal in getting all parties aligned for exchange of contracts, which meant the whole process from listing our house to moving day took only 3 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her… she’s great!
