I would like to say what a fantastic job Janette has done with the sale and purchase of my old and new property. It has not been easy or straightforward but she has not given up and without her tenacity I would not be moving. I am so pleased that she now has Kim to assist her as I think she certainly needs some support, as she goes by far, way and above what I would expect and her knowledge of the property market in this area is second to none.

Having been put off by previous experiences and thinking all estate agent’s were the same, attentive to get you then doing nothing once to are tied in. Janette and Kim are a breath of fresh air and if all estate agent were the same, moving would not be stressful, they could not have done more, attentive from the word go, communication fantastic and even phoning back out of office hours, helping with survey issues just completely supportive and reassuring. Going out of their way to resolving issues in the chain, would recommend anyone thinking of moving to use Howards at Long Stratton.

Hayley was in contact with me throughout every stage and kept us updated on anything we needed to know, sometimes just to check in. Kim and Janette are WONDERFUL!! from the sale to the move! Janette sold our home within days, she took amazing pictures helped us to get the house looking just right and nothing was ever to much! Then Kim took over and the communication and support was just as amazing. She rang to inform us of any information she had and was on the end of the phone whenever we needed.
