GoogleJanette Churchill was brilliant from day 1. Very attentive, cared about what we wanted and thought. Got us a fair price for the property at fair costs. Was always available even when she was on holiday. Only thing that let the whole process down was our legal firm. Janette even tried to deal with them for us. Thank you Janette and Howard's 👍

GoogleHowards have been fantastic since Launch Day which worked very well as I sold my property on the first day - I do highly recommend this. Janette has been very enthusiastic which helped very much and Macey has worked very well together with Janette throughout the process. We will use Howards again in the future!

GoogleFeel really let down by this company few weeks ago had a potential buyer who rang office , Only to be told my property off the market due to personal reasons as this happens the potential buyer was related to my neighbour whom I told it was not off market , losing the buyer I complained someone in office would not admit this now after another potential buyer I have to chase up feedback won't use this company again for sure

GoogleWe are now settled into 2 St Marys Road and have nothing but praise for the service received from Janette, Cheyenne and Clare. Going above and beyond to see that we were able to take possession of the keys on 31st August despite the delays in exchanging contracts and completing the sale. If this had not happened, we would have been in a very difficult position and would have had to consider the very expensive rerouting of our possessions back to Cumbria. We would certainly be very happy to recommend you in the future.

GoogleQuite frankly the worst estate agent I've ever come across. Was due to buy a property through them last year and the whole experience of 9 months was awful from start to the chain eventually collapsing. They were very slow at providing updates. Forced me to use their mortgage provider and Jeanette threatened that if I didn't that the seller may drop me and accept a previous offer. Unethically negotiated - asked me what the top figure I'd pay for the property is and then left me waiting for a whole week after placing an offer to advise whether it had been accepted. Missed out important details on their advert of expensive service charges which was only revealed after searches had been completed, even though they had previously advised their was none to pay?? Would often call me up asking for updates even though they were meant to be the ones progressing the sale? They defintely breached GDPR several times too, after speaking to the seller and them knowing information they shouldn't of done. Would personally never use them again and defintely won't ever buy a property with them again in the future.
Good Morning Jude, we are so sorry you felt this way and do understand you had a difficult moving journey as you were unable to get the house you wanted. We are passionate in our work and always tried to go over and above to help you but the chain issues from what we can see on the notes caused a downfall and we can see Janette did offer to help once you had lost your buyer, we have a process in which we have to follow for all mortgage buyers to be substantiated by our in house brokers as requested by the vendor. We hope you will be very happy in your new home.

GoogleI brought my house through Howards almost 10 years ago, and am now selling the same house through Howards. During the sale, the property was on with another estate agents also and the service, proffesionalism, the contact and just as importantly the demeanour and friendliness of people I have dealt with at Howards has been excellent and the difference of night and day in comparison. My main contact there has been Janette who has been wonderful to deal with and has a very much hands on approach and personal touch to the service. Local knowledge of the area and properties also can not be faulted. Very highly recommend using Howards estate agents in Long Stratton. As an update the sale of the property went through with no hassle. I was kept informed at every step of the way and Howard's were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. I have just purchased a house via Howards Great Yarmouth. Daniel Denney, Hayley.Burton-Pye, Carina and the team have all been absolutely brilliant from moment I started viewing properties to having a offer accepted through to completion. This wasn't a straightforward purchase as there were a few very frustrating obstacles due to other matters not related to them. They did everything they could to help. This team were super helpful no matter who answered the phone they all knew what was happening and gave frequent updates with phone calls and emails. Always professional and always extremely helpful. I would definitely purchase or sell via them again. Thank you all very much for facilitating the purchase of our dream home.

Recently sold and purchased for my mum through Howard’s and they have been fantastic from start to finish . Maddie and Evie at Great Yarmouth branch and Sophie at the Gorleston branch all helped resolve any queries and response to my calls everyday sometimes was helpful and kind . They made a difficult situation much better after having to move mum closer to me selling her home of 45 years. Respectful, professional and lovely staff thank you so much .
