Wow, once again Jeanette has come up with the goods! This lady is a breath of fresh air and so full of enthusiasm and knowledge not only about her trade but also local knowledge. She came to our home at 1.30pm, by 2.30pm had completed what she needed to do, had the first (And only) viewing by 3pm and offer made by 10am the following day. Now beat that!! What an absolute legend. She sure knows her stuff. Great job Jeanette and the team! We bought our current home through them, our first introduction to Howards and wouldn't use anyone else. Hayley also did a cracking job chasing the conveyancing and keeping us in the loop. Great team, great service and great people. Thank you all so much....

Janette Churchill was amazing in helping us sell our house initially. Great advice given and we loved the ‘open day’ approach. She even came round and witnessed us signing our paperwork! Twice! We have had a long drawn out process to get to exchange which took 7 months. Hayley Burton-Pye was a super star in constantly chasing solicitors both sides and liaising with the other Estate Agent to help us get there. Good estate agents are particularly rare to find. I always recommend going on a few viewings to get a feel for the company and the sellers. I've had some shocking viewings by people who clearly don't have any interest in the job or the property they are selling! Thankfully this isn't the case with Janette and her team, they are just so passionate about what they do and love the process of selling houses. The time and detail they took to fully understand the houses potential and the important aspects to promote was exceptional. We have also been very impressed with the pre sale interaction, house viewing strategies and sale negotiation skills. We were very impressed with all aspects of our house purchase. From the initial presentation, where we felt Janette went the extra mile, to the final completion of our purchase during which time Hayley guided us and kept us fully aware of what was happening, with back up from Cheyenne. Constantly trying to find out what other agents are doing.

Absolutely appalling company, they keep phoning me up, wanting to know how our sale is going. They phoned me when I was working Saturday, they phoned Monday and this morning at five past nine. I was in the shower on a day off. I don’t know why they keep phoning we aren’t on with them and there isn’t a Howard’s in Attleborough and with this constant hounding ‘just wondering how your sale is going’ I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Janette and her team have always been extremely professional and in fact have gone above and beyond the service you get from the usual run of the mill estate agents. Janette even works on Sunday and she has even contacted us on her days off ! We are all living very stressful life’s at the moment so adding a house sale and purchase to the to do list all felt very daunting. I return to Howards for a good reason, they get the job done rather than feed you with excuses that other estate agents seem to use. Our house was on the market with another estate agents for 6 months, we moved to Howards and sold within the first month. Janette was friendly and professional when she visited to value the house and discuss all of the details. We were pleased with the photos and listing of the house. There has been great communication throughout the sale process and Hayley has been amazing in chasing solicitors for us. We would definitely recommend Howards Estate agent for anyone wanting to sell their house in the area. There are some estate agents with cheaper rates, but it isn't always about that. Good estate agents are hard to come by, often they stretch the truth, just to get a sale, telling you what they think you want to hear! Having dealt with a few over the years I can honestly say, Janette and Kim at Howards have been a breath of fresh air! Janette's energy, enthusiasm, honesty and empathy, (due to our circumstances) along with the time she invested in getting helping us get our property on the market, I could not fault. Maddie Stone showed me round 2 different types of properties, and on both occasions I found her very professional, she introduced me to one resident very politely which was a nice ice breaker, Maddie escorted me around and allowed me to take my time looking and to work out if the property is suitable for my needs, and also had answers to any questions I had and if not was willing to find out for me. Maddie applied this action on both properties I viewed with her. Easy to speak and deal with 👍🏽
