GoogleI cannot fault the service received from Howards regarding the sale of my late father's property.As I live 3 hours away from Gorleston I relied heavily on the great communication from the staff. From the initial valuation and listing from Amie to the ongoing updates on viewings and offers etc from David,I would highly recommend using Howards Estate Agents. Thank you for all your help.

Lara Zadawski the manager at Lowestoft is arrogant, very rude and dishonest and not very bright. As a professional landlord I own many properties and have never experienced such a shambles dealing with this agent. Lara was quick to threaten me with legal action all because I questioned the contract using their management service. Delayed in paying me the rent due in which my complained was upheld by spicer heart their affiliate company. My complaint is ongoing with the property obmansman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, plenty of other agents around. The above review reflects my true experience.

GoogleRoxanne Lake was exceptional - she took the time to keep me posted on the progress of quite a complex conveyancing. She joined the process late in the day but was instrumental in pushing the sale over the line. Her communication was superb and relieved the stress accordingly. I would happily deal with her again

Think again before putting your house on the market with this agency. They don't answer the phone. They call you back at 4.50 when it's impossible to return their call. They don't call back. Impossible to arrange to view any of the properties advertised through this agency.

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend David highly enough. Throughout what became an incredibly complicated purchase, David was calm, honest and professional at every stage. He always took the time to explain, fully understood the positions of everyone in the chain, and provided clarity and reassurance exactly when it was needed. Having an estate agent who genuinely understands your position and is able to guide the process calmly, whatever the outcome, gives you a sense of stability that removes a lot of the stress when buying a house. I cannot thank David enough for everything he did throughout this process and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Sadly my mum passed away,so I was dealing with bereavement, funeral,and everything else that comes with a death. David showed me great kindness and professionalism. GoogleCara was very prompt and helpful with answering all my questions by email beforehand and wonderfully patient as I (and my tape measure) spent ages looking around the house I was viewing. She got back to me really quickly to let me know my offer had been accepted, which I really appreciated, and talked me though the process in an easy-to-understand way. Definitely five star service!
