I have had a fantastic experience renting through Howards Great Yarmouth. From the very beginning, Bruce, the Branch Letting Manager, was invaluable and patient throughout my search for a new flat. He really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to guide me through each option without any pressure, which made the whole search feel much less stressful. Once I found the right place, Amy and Charli were brilliant throughout the application and move-in process. They answered all of my questions and queries quickly and clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and made everything feel straightforward to understand. What could have been a complicated and stressful experience turned out to be smooth and well-organised. Martin came to my property at 7 Seafield Road North on Friday 29th August .. l found him to be a very pleasent man very easy to talk to he was able to explained lots of queeries that l had in terms l could understand .. he made me feel nothing was too much trouble and if l needed any more assistance l could contact him at anytime through the office .. this is a very far quality and should l decied to sell or buy l will certainly be dealing with Martin at Howards .. I telephoned Howards this morning regarding the licensing fee. I received an absolutely awful service. The service has recently gone dramatically down they took our money from our account without authorisation be it verbal or via email and then we are told it will take 7 to 10 working days to refund it. We are seriously consider considering swapping agents for the management service but we are told it will cost us six weeks rent to do so they are extremely unhelpful. Don’t bother using their service. They took £450 as an admin fill to fill in the licensing form.

We found Howards estate agents at Great Yarmouth extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of our move. We wasn't selling with them we was buying from them.
