Sam contacted me to leave a review of howards....lol never dealt with them... they gave me a quote for my house and never bothered to contact me again to see if they could sell my house. When i went into their estate agents in gt yarmouth i was ignored by staff sitting at their desks... i felt most uncomfortable and would NOT recommend them.. poor customer care/service.

It’s like stepping back in time to the good old days, he not only looks the part, he is extremely courteous, has a wealth of knowledge, knew the property and could answer all our questions. Great team helped by let my first solo flat. Very easy to communicate with and work through the process of letting. Amy was a friendly and helpful member of the team who oversaw the viewing and the handover process well while explaining everything to me. My flat is also going to managed by Howards during the tenancy and I'm feeling very relaxed that if any issues arise they'll be easy to work with to work through.

I have been looking for investment properties around East Anglia. Molly at Howards in Great Yarmouth has been absolutely exemplary and is the only person who has made a consistent effort to find me suitable properties. Constantly calling and emailing with anything she feels would suit. I have never met such a fired up and enthusiastic agent. Honestly if you are looking to buy or sell a property then you know this is the attitude you need.

I really must give one of your staff a huge mention. Carina Pelikan of your Great Yarmouth branch I believe. Carina has restored my faith in not only human nature but in the 'professional'. Our sale and purchase has taken about 10 months and has been a 'roller coaster' of misfortune, rogue buyers, and vendors who have rented without telling their buyer and similar complications. It's been a minefield beyond belief. Carina has bee exceptional!! She has gone way beyond that expected of anyone in her profession. Tenacity and professionalism are but two of the adjectives I would not hesitate to use in describing the service she has afforded us over this traumatic period. Daniel Denney, Hayley.Burton-Pye, Carina and the team have all been absolutely brilliant from moment I started viewing properties to having a offer accepted through to completion.
