The questions I had were regarding property management and I spoke to Rosie. I actually sold my house through another estate agent, however, my purchase was through Howard’s. I am beyond grateful; throughout the whole process from putting an offer in to exchange Carina has been at the end of the phone. Carina had always had time to talk to me, calm me down (when I had moments of “arggg it’s never going to happen”) and reassure me thought the process. Carina kept me updated and often rung outside of work hours when needed, I honestly can’t thank her enough! If Covid restrictions were not here I would be giving Carina a massive hug! An absolute credit to the company and if I was ever to sell or buy I would go with Carina without hesitation! Thank you!!!!!!

Selling our property couldn’t have been better with Howard’s, and Carina was the key to this. The initial appointment and valuation completed by Sam felt in-depth and thorough, and nothing was left un-talked about and still at a competitive price. For a first time seller I felt very informed and comfortable going ahead with Howard’s. They dealt very well with a large influx of calls and arranged viewings very professionally, even more so with keeping us safe during the pandemic. The property sold very quick and promptly with the aid of Carinas negotiating. From there on we were kept informed at all times. A special thank you to Carina as it looked like the sale was just about to fall through (no fault of there’s) however Carina stuck with it and clawed it back keeping both sides happy , without reducing the negotiated price and we were kept informed at all times! I've been looking for a house in Great Yarmouth for 2 or 3 months now and though I haven't found the right one yet Howards have been very helpful enabling me to view properties sometimes at short notice. Charlie Howkins in particular has been very helpful answereing loads of questions about the various properties I've viewd. Even when he doesn't have the answer immediatly he will find out and get back to me within a day or 2 but normally the same day. Thanks for the excellent communication.
