Would definitely recommend Howards. Excellent service throughout. Good sales team, great photos taken of our property and a very nice write-up. Sandra Sparham kept in touch with us throughout the sales process and put in many phone calls to the chain behind us when things started lagging. We didn’t need to do much at all as Howards handled the whole thing for us. A huge improvement on estate agents we have used before. Many thanks.

I enquired about renting a property in Gorleston and was amazed at the efficiency of Amy Kemp. She helped reassure me as i am someone relatively new to renting. After my initial enquiry and completion of form within a few days I was offered a chance to rent the property. Amy arranged to meet me at the property. I found her professional, genuine, caring with a sense of humour. A great ambassador for Howard's. Although I didn't rent the property, I would be very happy to use Howard's lettings again and would feel confident and comfortable should Amy be dealing with my enquiry. A few weeks ago I viewed a property with a lovely estate agent called Bruce, he was very welcoming, and shared just the same excitement as I did for the property, he even cheered when i picked up the keys. I also had a brilliant estate agent called Charli, she was so helpful with setting us up in our new house, chasing things up, helping us complete paperwork, honestly made us feel like we could ring up with any questions or help we needed. If anyone encounters these 2 people from howards estate agents great yarmouth they would be lucky.

I've recently worked along side Howard's to try and find a home for myself, but to no avail on my part. Howard's, on the other hands has been fantastic through out the process. Especially the young, up and coming Amy Kemp. Through out multiple viewings, emails, and phone calls, she has been nothing but polite, kind, professional, bubbley, and we even had a few laughs along the way. Had the opportunity to view a beautiful property in Caister on Sea with a very charming Daniel Hill-Dowsett. Having viewed several properties and not have someone trying to force their will down your throat was an absolute delight. The property was perfect in every way but just too small for our needs. I would have wanted my commission to go to him. Thankfully the offer we made (with another agency) had the same charming, no nonsense, yet patient approach. I would definitely approach Daniel to sell or help me with my next purchase. I am sure he will have his own agency soon

Working with maddy she has been an absolute star.. from the start back in November when we looked at the house in September we knew this was the house for us sooo we rushed home put our house on the market and went from their... as soon as we had an offer maddy was on it with us she helped us with doing the offers and working alongside us with negotiations to then getting all the team together to purchase the property.. maddy took time out of her evening yo show us the property again and make sure that everything was covered..once started talking to maddy that was it we knew we could trust howards all the way.. she is amazing member of your team and should be credited for her amazing customer service and her courteous attitude she has towards every client.. she really is a star and a credit to your team.. she literally sold us our dream home and we looking forward to moving in next few weeks and settling into our forever home!!
