Cara was very prompt and helpful with answering all my questions by email beforehand and wonderfully patient as I (and my tape measure) spent ages looking around the house I was viewing. Arranging a viewing to see a property was seamless, then followed a meeting with the lovely Cara at the property. We were shown around the house in the most professional and friendly way. She was able to answer all the questions we asked and made us feel very 'at home'. Cara is a credit to Howards with her kind manner and welcoming nature. She didn't rush us and really sold the house for us! We later got back to her to put in our offer and in no time at all, she came back to us, where we confirmed the sale. We are looking to relocate away from the city to a rural location. We came across many listings at Howard’s Estate Agents in Beccles. Immediately I became friends with Cara. Over the last 6 months I have been introduced to many estate agents, some stand out for all the wrong reasons, following up on viewings seems to be one major failure which I experienced. This is not the case with Cara, I was updated on every new listing or change in price mostly via a phone call. Shortly followed by an Email with the particulars, and even prompted on whether I had questions. The experience at Howard’s far surpassed my expectations. It’s as though these guys still follow a code of practice, it’s noticeable! keep it up Cara and team, you shine bright within yr industry!

5 stars just doesn’t seem a high enough rating to award for the experience Howard’s in Beccles have given us. Our agent Cara Childerhouse was amazing, she went above and beyond to find our perfect home for us. I sent her an email rather than call one evening so as not to disturb her after hours, within a few minutes Cara had replied. First thing the next morning we were viewing 2 properties. Cara had a mega busy day planned but somehow managed to arrange these at such short notice. A few days later Cara found us a beautiful property to view, she really took the time to listen to all of our needs as a family which this house proved. She has worked her magic in every way and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. I really don’t think this lovely lady sleeps!! We really are very grateful for everything you have done and all your hard work. Thankyou so much again.
