We chose Howard's to sell our property after meeting Cara Childerhouse from the Beccles Branch. Cara's enthusiasm and positivity filled us with confidence that she would work hard to market our home. She took wonderful photographs and managed to describe our unusual home perfectly. Cara dealt with all the viewings and within a week we received several offers well over our asking price which is all due to Cara's professionalism. We have now accepted an offer and are continuing to receive regular support from Cara's colleague Amy. We can't recommend Howard's highly enough. Buying and selling a house is so extremely stressful and I really can't recommend Howard's enough. Amy remained calm and professional throughout and we knew we could trust her to source all the information we needed and to keep on top of the complex chain at all times.
