Hello anyone and everyone reading this assessment. My husband and I recently moved to Belton, all the way from the county of Kent. It was quite a big enterprise, taking many months house hunting, in this part of Norfolk. We began looking in February last year, and saw many houses. One house that we had wanted to buy, was suddenly taken off the market. But fortunately David at Howard's Estate Agency came to our aid. David was the perfect 'main man', very positive, and helpful in every way, with a direct and managerial manner, and as luck would have it, thanks to him, and the seller Leslie, we finally found out perfect house. So now we are here in Norfolk, very close to our son's cottage, a few minutes away. Thank you David, for smoothing everything along so well, to completion. There is always an element of luck in house moving, but a really excellent agency like Howard's, can make all the difference. Thank you David and everyone else there. Bought my new home from Howards in Gorleston High Street and although everyone is helpful when you are a buyer David Simmonds was the name I remembered as being the person to speak to when any questions needed answering or getting anything done, thank you David, I'm happy with my new home. The phone system however was a bit confusing for me as at one point they seem to be having line problems and sometimes I was put through to some sort of service who take a message and possibly pass it onto the person you wanted to speak to and I don't trust these messages to get direct to who I intended. As part of the puplic, I would say make things as simple and uncomplicated as possible, that is what people want.

I have had a very good service from Howard’s in Gorleston on Sea. Sophie Playford, provided me with very good advice when selling my Mothers Property. Several viewings were organised in a timely fashion and very quickly a buyer was found. It’s stressful selling a property and Sophie was kind and possess very good communication and listening skills. Sophie was able to assess the validity and the motivations of the buyers and kept me in touch every step of the way. I’d say to the bosses of Howard’s that Sophie is a credit to your business and should be commended on how she conducts her day to day business.

We met Stuart Lugo today with a view to either selling or renting our homes in Gorleston & Bradwell. Stuart arrived on time and we found him to be very friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable. He was informative and honest with his appraisals, with out being the slightest bit pushy. We also found that he was very straight forward and honest with his valuations. These were around the amounts we suspected but it was good to hear that we were on the right track and not way off the mark. He also offered advise and once again he wasn't pushy but just straight forward and I valued his comments. I would definately recommend Stuart and will be using his services again when we know in which direction we will be going in the rental/sales market.

Would like to thank Stuart for the the brilliant service he provided in selling our house. After a few months of trying to sell it with anothe estate agent I contacted howards to see if they could help. Dan Overy was my initial contact at Howards - he did the valuation for probate purposes. His hands were itchy to get my authorisation to sell but the wait for probate was longer than expected. Eventually it came through, and within 5¼ HOURS I has an offer of the base price (the property was advertised as 'offers in excess of'). Within another ½ hour and two phone calls Georgia has increased the offer from the client first by £3K then another £2K. Howards had a qualified (already had their sale so could verify this potential purchase) viewing which I was keen on happening as it was the following day. Sophie called me with the news that this viewing brought an offer £10K over base price - offer accepted! You can't get better than selling a place - especially at £10K over what was base price - in just over a day. Brilliant service from lovely people.Quickest selling experience I've ever had.
