Having bought our property with Howard's 8 years ago, and been impressed, they were my "go to" choice when selling. Stuart's service back then was excellent, and this time round he and his team have been first class. From a prompt and sensible valuation, quick turnaround for photographs and videos, we could not ask for more. Viewings were managed by Georgia, who took the time to meet and greet potential buyers and give the tours. Great service. We even had viewings before we went "live" on the main websites. We are sold subject to contract, and have had several viewings, in little more than a week. Outstanding service.

My partner and I have just completed the purchase of a property through Howard’s. From the moment we were shown round our new home by Georgia we have received nothing but fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable service from the whole team but particularly Georgia. I currently rent my house out through Howard's and I have been amazed by the service they do. They make sure everything's ok, undertake thorough inspections, and let me know straight away when there's a problem. When it came to renting out my house, Stuart came round to value it and explained how the process of renting a house out would be.
