GoogleWe are looking to relocate away from the city to a rural location. We came across many listings at Howard’s Estate Agents in Beccles. Immediately I became friends with Cara. Over the last 6 months I have been introduced to many estate agents, some stand out for all the wrong reasons, following up on viewings seems to be one major failure which I experienced. This is not the case with Cara, I was updated on every new listing or change in price mostly via a phone call. Shortly followed by an Email with the particulars, and even prompted on whether I had questions. The experience at Howard’s far surpassed my expectations. It’s as though these guys still follow a code of practice, it’s noticeable! keep it up Cara and team, you shine bright within yr industry!

GoogleI found Cara to be very pleasant and friendly and she happily answered all my questions - event the daft ones. She came across as extremely knowledgeable, and I won't hesitate to contact her again when we eventually sell the property as I'm sure that it will be in safe and capable hands.
