GoogleI recently purchased a property through Howards with Maddy taking the lead on the majority of the process. I found Maddy to be really helpful, appeared to be honest throughout the whole process and genuine. Maddy responded to emails or would call back promptly. Overall great service!!

GoogleExcellent home selling experience using Howard's. Great communication, they go above and beyond. Jeanette and Kim's personable customer service is just fantastic and has made the process much less stressful. They've also got the knack of marketing the property to the right demographic. Can't recommend them enough.

GoogleOur experience wasn't bad or good, it was mediocre. Once the sale was complete, there was no further contact, except for please add a review, "we want to win a competition." Which was nearly ten months later. A quick WhatsApp or text message saying, "congratulations, good luck in your new home," would have sufficed. Just like most other businesses, once the deal is done, they're not interested in you.
We are sorry to hear your experience was not 100% positive.. Our team has changed a bit since then and we will certainly take on board your feedback and endeavour to provide a better service in the future than you received.
