Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Maddy Bott, Howards Estate Agents We’ve just purchased our second home and, although we weren’t the vendor, Maddy Bott went above and beyond to look after us throughout the entire process. From the very beginning she was proactive, communicative, and incredibly supportive. Maddy consistently kept us updated, liaised smoothly with the vendor, and was always one step ahead in making sure everything stayed on track. Her professionalism and calm, capable approach genuinely prevented the sale from stalling at several key moments. It’s rare to come across someone who is both exceptionally good at their job and genuinely cares about the people involved. Maddy was outstanding from start to finish, and we are extremely grateful for all her help. We would highly recommend Maddy and Howards Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling a property. She made a stressful process feel manageable, even enjoyable at times, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

GoogleWe wanted to leave this review especially for Janette at the Long Stratton branch. Janette was simply outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble; she was always quick to help, went out of her way on several occasions, and kept us informed every step of the way. What stood out most was how kind, generous with her time, and genuinely thoughtful she was throughout; she made a stressful process feel so much easier. GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending Howards - we actually instructed the local branch for our sale, so to make our purchase through them as well made for an even better experience! Janette & Sam from the Long Stratton office ( but based in Norwich) were both excellent. Janette was very helpful at providing answers from the vendors , & is extremely pro active! Friendly & professional too. Sam was very helpful & friendly ,particularly when we needed to send paper work in to our solicitor,& she was happy to witness our signatures- thereby saving us a considerable amount of time. GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Janette and Sam have been brilliant throughout, getting the property sold, and chasing all parties involved in the chain to get a moving date. Whole process done in 8 weeks. Five star service.
