GoogleArranging a viewing to see a property was seamless, then followed a meeting with the lovely Cara at the property. We were shown around the house in the most professional and friendly way. She was able to answer all the questions we asked and made us feel very 'at home'. Cara is a credit to Howards with her kind manner and welcoming nature. She didn't rush us and really sold the house for us! We later got back to her to put in our offer and in no time at all, she came back to us, where we confirmed the sale. Maddie Stone showed me round 2 different types of properties, and on both occasions I found her very professional, she introduced me to one resident very politely which was a nice ice breaker, Maddie escorted me around and allowed me to take my time looking and to work out if the property is suitable for my needs, and also had answers to any questions I had and if not was willing to find out for me. Maddie applied this action on both properties I viewed with her. Easy to speak and deal with 👍🏽
