Absolutely appalling company, they keep phoning me up, wanting to know how our sale is going. They phoned me when I was working Saturday, they phoned Monday and this morning at five past nine. I was in the shower on a day off. I don’t know why they keep phoning we aren’t on with them and there isn’t a Howard’s in Attleborough and with this constant hounding ‘just wondering how your sale is going’ I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning to the end Janette was absolutely amazing, so professional and enthusiastic and determined to sell our property. Great communication the whole way through, always responded quickly to our queries with Sam in the office keeping us up to date with viewings etc. It wasn't all plain sailing, but Janette was always positive and made the whole process that much easier, she always had a plan!
