GoogleWe cannot recommend Janette and Sam at Howards Estate Agent highly enough. From the beginning to the end Janette was absolutely amazing, so professional and enthusiastic and determined to sell our property. Great communication the whole way through, always responded quickly to our queries with Sam in the office keeping us up to date with viewings etc. It wasn't all plain sailing, but Janette was always positive and made the whole process that much easier, she always had a plan! Janette was great fun to work with and clearly has enormous passion for selling houses. We would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell. Thank you so much Janette for all your hard work. She was my main point of contact and was consistently kind, supportive and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Cara was down to earth, easy to talk to and helped make what can be a stressful process feel much calmer and more manageable. Right from the start, Bruce was extremely helpful and friendly in organizing a viewing.....and Amy Kemp who then continued with our application process, was exceptionally friendly and helpful yet still so professional in dealing with all aspects of the process, keeping us informed the whole way through.....we'd also like to mention the invaluable help assistance and advice given by Charli from the same office.
