GoogleHello anyone and everyone reading this assessment. My husband and I recently moved to Belton, all the way from the county of Kent. It was quite a big enterprise, taking many months house hunting, in this part of Norfolk. We began looking in February last year, and saw many houses. One house that we had wanted to buy, was suddenly taken off the market. But fortunately David at Howard's Estate Agency came to our aid. David was the perfect 'main man', very positive, and helpful in every way, with a direct and managerial manner, and as luck would have it, thanks to him, and the seller Leslie, we finally found out perfect house. So now we are here in Norfolk, very close to our son's cottage, a few minutes away. Thank you David, for smoothing everything along so well, to completion. There is always an element of luck in house moving, but a really excellent agency like Howard's, can make all the difference. Thank you David and everyone else there. GoogleCara has been brilliant throughout the whole sale process and after a few months off the market, Cara had a viewing for us and were sold within 2 days of coming back on! Howards ! An example of profit and arrogance over customer compassion. To ridicule people in a vulnerable position of grieving. Hang your heads in shame, insufferable people. God forbid you are in the same position one day. If you are, hope you dont have your emotional phone call put on speaker and hear people in an office laughing and ridicule you when you are struggling with everything. Suggest you google the word empathy. Good luck with your future business.

Absolutely appalling company, they keep phoning me up, wanting to know how our sale is going. They phoned me when I was working Saturday, they phoned Monday and this morning at five past nine. I was in the shower on a day off. I don’t know why they keep phoning we aren’t on with them and there isn’t a Howard’s in Attleborough and with this constant hounding ‘just wondering how your sale is going’ I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

GoogleHaving had a lacklustre experience of another local estate agent, we changed to Howard’s partly due to the confidence shown by Sophie in their ability to sell our house. True to her word Howard’s did sell our house and Sophie could not have been more helpful and approachable during the process. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend a better estate agent. The staff are lovely, Maddy & Julius especially. Very friendly, good sense of humor, supportive and helpful with what we want, always there to answer any questions we have. Overall, a very good experience with selling and potentially buying with them.
