From start to finish Janette was very thorough and professional. Her experience in the property market is second to none and had no doubt we were in good hands. GoogleWow, where do I start? I had unbelievable support from Howard’s from the very beginning. Janette went above and beyond with help, advise, keeping me updated.. 100% better than my other experiences and selling my house became mini steps instead of the previous giant leaps and wobbles. After being on the market with another agent for over six months with no offers, Howard’s managed to get my property sold in less than three weeks! Georgia was absolutely fantastic from start to finish professional, friendly, and approachable. As it was my first time selling a property, she supported me through the whole process and made everything so much easier. GoogleBought my new home from Howards in Gorleston High Street and although everyone is helpful when you are a buyer David Simmonds was the name I remembered as being the person to speak to when any questions needed answering or getting anything done, thank you David, I'm happy with my new home. The phone system however was a bit confusing for me as at one point they seem to be having line problems and sometimes I was put through to some sort of service who take a message and possibly pass it onto the person you wanted to speak to and I don't trust these messages to get direct to who I intended. As part of the puplic, I would say make things as simple and uncomplicated as possible, that is what people want.

GoogleMartin came to my property at 7 Seafield Road North on Friday 29th August .. l found him to be a very pleasent man very easy to talk to he was able to explained lots of queeries that l had in terms l could understand .. he made me feel nothing was too much trouble and if l needed any more assistance l could contact him at anytime through the office .. this is a very far quality and should l decied to sell or buy l will certainly be dealing with Martin at Howards ..
