She contacted us regularly to see how things were progressing with our search, especially as we were 280 miles away! We had been looking for a few months but our offer on one of your properties did not amount to anything as we felt the seller was not ready to commit. Unfortunately, for Georgia we had an offer accepted on a property with another agent. BUT, that does not detract from Georgia’s endeavours to find us something. GoogleAs a sales manager myself I know how difficult can be to complete the sale but on few occasions I thought there was a lack of listening to our requirements (customer is always right), misleading on a price expectations and a lot "sales tactics = false promises" made. I am not the one to name and shame but there is a very thin line between being a young and confident person to come across arrogant and pushy!
However passed initial sale my experience have improved. Maddi was great on viewings and Amy was great on sorting out the "sale". Both ladies were polite, informative and responded quickly to my queries.
