I am sorry to see that you have felt the need to comment on the way Jarrod handled the valuation. I have discussed this matter with him just to remind him of his profession and how to handle situations. From my understanding Jarrod met only your wife at the property and did comment on your her perfume while you were both waiting for your tenants to open the door, for that i can only apologise if your wife felt the complement was overtly friendly. With regards to the discussing of figures again i have discussed this with Jarrod and it is my understanding that your wife and him had a 'chat' about the valuation in the small conservatory as it was raining outside, while your tenant remained 3 rooms away in the lounge. Once again i can only apologise if his words carried through the property and i have reminded him for future reference to be mindful on where he should be having the conversation.
