GoogleAmy, the Move manager, was absolutely top notch. She kept up to date on the details and purchase progress of the property, regularly liaising between the sellers and our lawyers, and endeavoured to keep us up to date as soon as she had any new relevant information. She was both courteous and professional in her manner.

From the very beginning, Charli stuck with me through what felt like an endless journey of trying to find the right place to live. Some properties fell through and complications arose, but she went above and beyond every time to ensure I didn’t give up hope. GoogleAmy has been sublime from start to finish, approachable and easy to talk to from the offset. She was always in communication whether via e-mail or phone to keep me updated on the progress of the sale and I always felt comforted that I knew she was keeping an eye on things.
