GoogleHoward’s Estate Agents are probably the best, most informative and helpful estate agents I’ve ever dealt with.
From the first point of contact that we put in regarding our interest in a property, Ayesha had been nothing but helpful, patient and friendly.
We were lucky enough to get a viewing of said property the same day and was personally recommended another similar property by Ayesha that she thought we might like (which we were also lucky enough to view the same day) and I’m so glad that she did because we absolutely fell in love with the property and put in an application the same day!
Ayesha was really helpful during this and talked us through everything on the application, just to make sure that we didn’t rush into anything we were unsure about and was happy to offer her advice throughout.
The viewings themselves, didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all and Ayesha was really informative and happy to answer any questions that we had.
The entire process from start to finish, was so quick and simple and we were kept up to date with everything (even if it was just a call to say that there currently was no update!), which we really appreciated and have never actually had any other estate agent do before.
Ayesha and Chris both worked hard in communication between us and the landlord to accommodate each of our needs before move in and this hard work resulted in us moving in, in just over 2 weeks time from the first initial property viewing and application.
Since moving in, we have had a couple of communication needs regarding the property and Howard’s have been just as helpful now, as they were at the beginning.
We’re overall really happy with Howard’s and their team.

Charlie Howkins in particular has been very helpful answereing loads of questions about the various properties I've viewd. Even when he doesn't have the answer immediatly he will find out and get back to me within a day or 2 but normally the same day.
