Very impressed with all the staff at the Darlington office. They were helpful, supported and communicated well on my behalf with the property owners. The communication between them, solicitors and estate agents is absolutely disgusting. Every single time without fail every single company/person is waiting on Homewise. They seemingly move 1 piece of paper around 1 day at a time. Homewise have no communication skills whatsoever and are unable to think outside the box. Morally they are awful and just shrug their shoulders every single time and blame everyone else.

While buying our first property we found JW Wood to be extremely helpful, Denise who dealt with the property we were buying was very friendly, helpful and approachable and made the process a lot more easier for ourselves and talked us through everything we needed to know and kept in frequent contact to keep us up to date.

When I needed an integrated oven and grill I had a recommendation to use homewise. I'm so glad I did. They were so helpful and had a lot of knowledge which helped me to choose the right one. They installed it the same week and even cleaned up after themselves!!
