TrustpilotThink twice if you're a landlord
If you're thinking of letting JW Wood manage your property think twice. They charge high fees, communication is dreadful if something goes wrong and they charge you for things without asking! Members of the team admit they have fallen short however managers there do not answer questions in a timely manner and when you suggest a face to face meeting to try and resolve things they refuse! Honestly worse estate agent I have encountered.

GoogleDon't rely on the website calculator, it's a draw you in quote. My mother has been quoted £40k higher than the calculator showed as an unhealthy 83-year-old with an average family life expectancy of mid eighties. The equivalent in rental sum they want to charge for a lifetime would in real terms run until she'd be 104! We're looking at other options.
