Staff members making disgusting comments about people's faith and ethnicity online Now claiming they unaware when I spoke to the owner or manager sent the relevant documents etc and explained who it was and screenshots yhen have the gall to delete my Google review claiming I never dealt with the consett office whene and family members had go there multiple times as they ironically whinged about keys when they in return didn't have keys ready when I had laid for van for removals worst eatse agents o have dealt with and their reply below proves this when they already said they was looking into it so they obviously don't care about their staff member being abusive about Egyptians... Also the one in question and another have blocked me on LinkedIn I would of screen shot it and sent to you and obviously you have misplaced so much for taking it seriously and she would be spoke to etc.... Looked for hours just now I'm sure it's the lady from Darlington who said it but she has blocked me so I can't view her sickening posts she's also friends with an obvious RW guy and you know who I'm talking about as gave the name and such like so much for taking it seriously and looking into it...

GoogleA fabulous service and fabulous staff . Homewise is an excellent way of buying property that is desirable yet with your own money cannot be reached . Homewise will make up the difference in the price making it easy for you to own the property ( but that is subject to their terms ). Read the Homewise process into house purchasing, you'll be amazed

Our primary contact, Andrew Oates went above and beyond to close our rental agreement. New rules and inevitable new processes mean that everyone involved is treading new ground, and it takes time. All of the JWW staff with whom we came into contact were polite and attentive and we are happily settling in to our new home.

What a fantastic team, right from the first telephone call, we were put at ease,the information was so professional, we had so many questions for Homewise, each question was answered and explained in a positve way, the stress was taken away, this is a major decision for us, the team filled us with such confidence we cannot thank them enough,such a caring team, our advisior was Becci Pearce , she was fabulous, so kind and polite, a absolute superstar, Becci is a credit to Homewise, Our new Accounts Manager Rhonda is absolutely Brilliant, I cannot praise them enough.

One thing I would recommend make sure you have picked your for ever home . Unless you’re wise enough to have a good percentage invested in the property . So you can move with out a massive loss of your money. I did not realise you had to pay not just your own legal fees which l would expect anyway, but you have pay all the investors legal fees as well. 🤷

GoogleWE FELT AT HOME WITH RHONDA We approached Homewise with a view to moving nearer to the coast, knowing we'd need to top up the value of our current home to afford a coastal property for our retirement. The Homewise solution offered that top-up option, whilst deferring the need for repayments until after we'd passed. We were impressed with the professional approach and thoroughness of both the Homewise representatives who handled our initial enquiries. As we went deeper into the process, we were assigned our own account manager - the equally professional but also delightful Rhonda. We jokingly referenced the old Beach Boys hit "Help Me Rhonda" but our account manager did indeed turn out to be extremely helpful, guiding us through the system with ease and good humour. You might say that we got Good Vibrations... Our Homewise journey ended soon after this stage, only because we realised that even their maximum top-up wouldn't be enough to achieve our dream. We would stay in our current home and make the very best of it. When we informed Rhonda of our decision, she showed great empathy and there was not even a hint of pushing us to reconsider. Should we ever need to go down the same path again, we would definitely be asking Rhonda to handle the process for us.
