GoogleWe have just sold our house with Henry Adams in Haslemere and the service we received was excellent. Toby Miller and the team provided us with all the help we could need and went the extra mile to chase any queries and sort out any issues that arose during the sale. I would highly recommend them for the sale of a property as I really can't fault them from the initial consultation through to completion.

Toby was always professional, he clearly recognised I was his client and always put my requirements first and his liaison with my solicitor really helped move things along. GoogleWe dealt with Toby Miller at Henry Adams when buying our first flat in Haslemere. They were a pleasure to deal with from day one and we had an excellent experience with them.We always felt like Toby was 'in our corner' and he was always available (even out of hours!) just for a quick chat or an email. We had *such* a bad time with numerous estate agents, but this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you all for being so brilliant.

GoogleI recently sold my house in Haslemere with Henry Adams and had a very positive experience. The staff were all extremely professional and went that extra mile. Toby Miller was always available to answer emails or queries and on the evening of completion waited in the office for several hours to give the purchasers the keys to the property. I would certainly recommend Henry Adams.

GoogleHenry Adams sold our house quickly, and for a price we whre happy with. I was unhappy with the service and mixed message I received during the latter half of the sale, and I totally lost trust with one of their team. On that basis I couldn't recommend Henry Adams.

In regards to the later part of the transaction and upon review we can advise that a change of team member to deal with the sale was drafted to provide the extra time due to complexities of your on-going purchase. This may have resulted in the mixed messages but we would hope that you would agree that this enabled the successful completion of your transaction and maintaining your buyer at the agreed price.

GoogleI recently moved out of a Henry Adams managed flat that I rented. I could not be happier with the service they provided over the 5 and a half years I lived there. The moving process was seamless and they were so helpful and understanding the whole way through. It was a great experience for a first time renter, especially as I did not feel ripped off by excessive fees like some other letting agents.

Their kindness and consideration for our own expectations made a somewhat difficult process ( due to unexpected delays) much more bearable.
