Recently moved in to a rented property and Jade was a fantastic help to throughout the whole process, always on hand to answer questions, communication was very clear about the process and not to forget we was in the middle of a pandemic which the move didn't feel like this at all. Highly recommend using Henry Adams.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have recently exchanged on a purchase through Henry Adams in Horsham. Nick Hapgood dealt with the matter and was fantastic. He helped overcome a number of delays caused by the solicitors and was always on hand to answer calls/emails. We are very grateful to him for getting the matter over the line and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have just sold our house with Henry Adams having originally purchased it through them 7 years previously. We were very impressed with them as buyers and so our decision to list with them, this time as sellers was an easy one. I cannot fault any of the team, the photos were of a great standard as was their lead generation and supportiveness throughout the entire process. We had a good number of quality viewings and were under offer within weeks. Post offer being accepted all the way to exchange they were fantastic. I cannot fault Henry Adams and have now experienced this estate agent as both a buyer and seller.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Henry Adams (Haslemere) provided us with a first class service at a competitive rate in helping us to sell our house. What particularly impressed us was that they were so pro-active and very professional. Their advice was always sound and, indeed, they were prepared to provide advice with our house purchase which went beyond the call of duty. All of this was provided with a smile and good humour. What more could you ask. We have no hesitation in providing a well-merited 5 star assessment.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Writing on behalf of my partner Mark and his mum: Henry Adams, comprising Toby and his team, have been the best agents we have experienced in many moves over the years. From what has been a testing time trying to sell pre-Brexit and then during lockdown ...Toby’s communication was prompt and helpful throughout - and we always felt looked after and valued, even when things were slow moving. Would highly recommend these estate agents whose standards of service are way above the majority in our view.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
