The staff were polite, efficient and cheerful which inspires confidence to the vendor in the selling of their property. The sales brochure was well presented and we sold in two days despite similar properties being on the market. Staff continued to keep us up to date with progress until completion.

An easy choice to appoint Henderson Connellan for the sale of our house on Audley Close, in summary: - genuinely hungry to win our business - responsive and attentive at all times - a warm and friendly team with a 'can do', how can I help culture - first class customer service from Holly, a real breath of fresh air who was incredibly pro-active and supportive throughout the sale process. From start to finish Holly always kept us informed with regular updates, reassured in times of stress but most importantly sold the house in just 1 week for the full asking price. A big thanks and well done to Holly and The Henderson Connellan team. 5**** A++++++++++ Highly Recommend

FacebookOverall service prior to sale OK but ran from the hills when asked for help to get the full compliment of keys from rival agent after completion. 2 promises to assist and no response to emails I collected the remaining keys myself from a competing agent on Good Friday. Bad job guys.... What's worse when we rang to enquire a second time for the keys we were told a cat had got into the house and the agent asked if we could go round to rescue it... When suggesting they could collect the keys from the other agent and do this themselves it fell on deaf ears... Really bad job guys!!!
