Victoria and the rental team at HendersonConnellan managed my rental property for several years. They were consistently helpful, I had a couple of tricky tenants in that time, including one who defaulted on paying the rent. It is easy to feel that agents take a fee for little work but the reality is that when things aren’t going smoothly, they are worth their weight in gold. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The HendersonConnellan team again.

Having let a number of properties over the years, I can say without hesitation that Henderson Connellan are the best of them all. They have found suitable tenants quickly and have managed them effectively over the past three years. Not only that but their fees are very reasonable considering the service that they provide. Any problems are resolved quickly and any repair work has been completed to a high quality using local approved contractors. I certainly hope that Henderson Connellan will continue to look after our property for many years to come.

This is the second time we have used Henderson & Conellan for a tenant find. We will undoubtedly be using them again. Sarah & Symonne have on both occasions found us tenants that fit our criteria perfectly. They understood exactly what we required and worked tirelessly to provide us the best service possible at a very competative rate!
