If there was ever a problem we could give them a call and they would resolve the situation sufficiently and quickly. I would definitely recommend Henderson Connellan. I have rented a cottage in Cranford from Henderson and Connellan for 10 years on December 1st 2016. In that time my husband and I have always had the most help needed, repairs dealt with quickly. The letting industry is very fast moving now and it is so nice they have kept that friendly approach. Thank you for finding us a long term rental in such a pretty village

Myself and two friends went into Henderson Connellan to rent a property in Corby. When we tried to rent as a party of three friends HC wouldn't deal with us - they explained that none of their landlords hold HMO licenses. This was the case with most lettings agencies in town, although there were a few that said it wasn't a problem as HMO licenses applied to 5 or more individuals. One friend decided to move home and when we went back as two friends the help we got was first class - Symonne our agent was very thorough and made everything very easy indeed, explaining everything clearly and simply as things progressed. We are yet to encounter any problems at the house but Symonne has given us the impression everything will be dealt with professionally.

Right from the first phone call I received excellent service regarding an enquiry for a house to rent. All the staff I have dealt with were both professional and friendly, in particular Symonne who carried out the viewing and handled everything from then on. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is dealt with efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend Henderson Connellan Corby to anyone looking to rent a property.

We rented a property through Henderson Connellan in 2015 and I was extremely impressed with the service they offer. They listened to our (very specific) needs and matched us to a property the same day. They are also very quick to go through the necessary processes and don't charge anywhere near as much as some lettings agents for checks etc. I dealt mainly with Sarah, in the Corby branch, and found her to be warm, friendly and professional. They seem to work much longer hours than other lettings agents too, so questions get answered quickly. Henderson Connellan are one of the few agents out there who represent and care about the needs of the tenant as much as the needs of the landlord. I highly recommend them.
