My Daughter recently purchased her first property which due to the Conveyancing solicitors took an unacceptable time to complete. Not a good experience for her but the one good thing that came out of it was the intervention by Emma Glithero. Becki, my daughter, felt that Emma fully understood her frustration and made every effort to get things moving. Couldn’t praise her enough!!

When we went to Henderson Connellan we were greeted by Holly Smith. We were seeking a specific type of property in a specific area and we visited all of the agents in Market Harborough. Holly actually listened to what we said and unlike a lot of other agents, did not bombard us with properties that were totally unsuitable. Holly kept us updated, and said that she knew what we were after and would keep in touch. When she phoned to say that she had a house that she thought would be ideal we went straight round. Holly had found us exactly the house we were looking for, and we offered the asking price on the spot. We have nothing but praise for this young lady, and give her the highest possible rating.

We are first time buyers so were excited but slightly overwhelmed by the whole house hunting and buying experience at first. Henderson Connellan agent Conan Bellamy guided us through the whole thing, showing us round a few houses before we settled on one. We purchased a property through Henderson Connellan and can honestly say that they were the only silver lining in what turned out to be a very stressful and drawn out process (due to bottom of chain). The entire team, particularly Abby, were always the most up to date (including being ahead of our solicitor and our own estate agent) with information regarding the entire chain and were always willing to help. They were approachable, supportive and understanding throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will definitely be using them ourselves, should we move again.

We bought our new home through Henderson connellan, we dealt with Shane Harmon from beginning to end of sale, he showed us round the house and helped us buy our new home, fantastic service all the way and sale complete and moved in within 8 weeks. Shane kept us up to date on everything and always returned our calls straight away when he was out of the office working. Henderson Connellan have been a very nice agency to work with. I have had dealings with Market Harborough, Corby and Kettering and each time the agents I have dealt with have been great. Holly Smith in Market Harborough was the agent I saw most of. She is very professional but at the same time very friendly and genuinely interested in finding out about us and what our needs were. She worked hard to try to find us a property though in the end we found through another agent. The other agents were Lee in Corby and Sam in Kettering - both really friendly and seemingly genuinely interested. Overall I couldn't recommend the agency highly enough.

I didn't use Henderson to sell my house, but in hindsight I wish I had. Lee was super helpful and came up with suggestions to get my house sold and to purchase a house Henderson's were marketing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Lee always came back via email or phone swiftly. I would highly recommend them.

They would always try and squeeze in viewings for us, whether it was short notice or causing them to work out of hours.
