Having dealt with many Estate Agents previously, both myself and my partner have to conclude that Henderson Connellan are the best we have ever experienced. The service was exceptional from when we booked our first viewing right through until completion. We were kept informed regularly and no problem was too small for them. All staff members that we spoke to where highly professional, helpful and highly efficient. Can't thank you all enough for providing us with an excellent experience. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Holly Smith and Abby Bulley were wonderful to deal with. It wasn't the easiest sale as the move date was delayed by both the vendor and myself for different reasons, then pulled forward! Both ladies took these changes in their stride. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hendersons again. Great job people and thank you very much to make what is generally a stressful process, one that was (almost) stress free!

During the process of our house purchase we've met with a situation whereby end-of-chain situation affected the time which we were hoping to conclude in. Ms Abby Bulley, an agent at the Market Harborough branch however, has gone extra miles to speed up the process, ensure everything is correct and all sides are satisfied. Excellent communication and service from the moment we viewed the property, to assisting us with pushing through a tricky exchange and completion. Adam and Jessica were always patient with my emails and phone calls, and provided invaluable advice and gentle nudging up the chain to ensure our move completed on time. Compared to encounters with other estate agents we were really impressed with their human qualities as much as their professionalism, which go a long way when embarking on such a complicated transaction.

As first time buyers we had been on the look out for the perfect first home for some time; during which we had met and dealt with the majority of agents in Harborough. Dan from Henderson Connellan was by far the most professional, helpful, and approachable agent we met. He listened to what we were looking for, followed up without being pushy and didn't send us endless properties that clearly didn't fit our criteria. Ultimately it was because of Dan that we found our perfect home and had a very smooth purchase which we are extremely greatful for! We have already been recommending Dan to friends and family and will continue to do so and when the time comes we will have no hesitation in selling our home through Henderson Connellan although fingers crossed that won't be for some time!

We purchased our property through Henderson Connellan, and dealt with Holly Smith throughout. From our initial phone call to arrange a viewing, Holly was friendly and efficient and worked hard to secure a viewing for us. She dealt with our offer promptly and then throughout the process, kept us up to date, dealing with questions and queries that we had. We exchanged contracts today, and it was Holly who chased the solicitors to ensure that it happened as agreed. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holly and Henderson Connellan.
