GoogleThe staff were amazing, both with the selling and buying my two homes. I first came across H-C when I moved to Kettering, buying through them. They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.

GoogleFrom start to completion of our sale the team kept us fully briefed and up to date. We are novices at selling property but we were kept totally up to date. Advice was readily available at all stages, when asked for. Their experience bought us to a positive conclusion and rendered the whole process understandable.. If we were repeating the procedure I would no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleFrom the beginning when James came to value the house to the end when the sale was completed everything was excellent. The house sold within a few days of it going up for sale, showing the professionalism of the whole team. The brochure was superb. The sales team from Daniel to Amy were amazing. I would definitely highly recommend anyone using Henderson and Connellan to sell their home.

GoogleRecently purchased a property through this company how on earth they claim to be an award winning company is beyond me From the start at the viewing where I made an offer then to expect formality giving details names addresses etc but never once was I told that I would have to pay £60 to an outside company to prove my name and in which case they got me totally mixed up with someone else and then tried selling me a deal for £8 a month where I would get money off vouchers angry is an understatement The offer accepted where I booked a second viewing where the agent stood looking so angry that I was taking up his time constantly looking at his watch and phone I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable especially when I was about to spend a lot of money and if it wasn’t for the fact I really liked the house I would have withdrawn I could write all day about how poorly the operation is run with this outfit but for the next few months never once did I receive a reply from phone calls to emails and once I called to speak to the sales chaser who told her colleague that took the call if I want a response to email again angry like you wouldn’t believe I am on holiday writing this as they asked for feedback which I will be following up on my return but not to be too slanderous but it’s an outfit run by people who have no clue whatever I have brought and sold 12 houses in 20 years and I don’t claim to know everything but one thing I do know this company is just interested in the paycheque other than the people To be added to

GoogleThe team at Henderson Connellan in Kettering were excellent from start to finish when selling my house. Poppy and Rachel were great at booking in all the viewings and giving me prompt feedback afterwards. Sam gave me some great advice when I had a difficult decision to make and I felt he was really working for my best interests. Once I’d accepted an offer, Amy worked so hard chasing down the chain keeping things moving and keeping me updated on the progress. I am very happy I chose them to sell my house for me.
