Sold my house through Henderson and connellan. Genuinely can’t fault them. Dealt with everything fast, effectively and professionally. My solicitors were pretty poor throughout the sale, slow and hard to get through to. Henderson and connellan’s Emma glithero really helped to keep things moving and got the sale over the line. She was a brilliant link between seller, buyer and both sets of solicitors, indispensable.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Tom with his enthusiastic handshake I felt at home. Tom was insistent that he could sell our house with no trouble ,I didn't believe him but it went live on the Monday and sold on the Friday.a feat that was also down to the delightful Holly. I must also mention Danielle although she was in the background but it was clear she was part of a great team. So having sold the house we were introduced to the lovely Abby who was responsible for following the sale through. How I tried the patience of this lady but never once was she anything but super in her dealings with us. Having had contact with two other agencies during this period I can honestly say that didn't even rate on the same scale as Hendersons and we thank all the team for the warm reception they always gave us when we walked through the door.and would recommend them every time for being a first class agency and doing a first class job. Henderson Connellan are amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying ir selling a house in Market Harborough. David came round to do the valuation, very professional and personable. The whole team then came round the following day to look at the property. They asked intelligent and searching questions and I felt confident they would be able to describe the house and answer any questions any one coming into the shop asked. Viewings were always notified in advance. Holly put a detailed set of lock up instructions together for the team as we were on holiday at the time of the viewings. Conan and Tom patiently waited while prospective buyers looked round and the people who did buy our house told us they had been in looking at it for almost two hours with Conan! What patienceand determination to put the customer first. Abby chases the sales and was always updating us on what was happening. She was very professional, never lost her temper, even when I felt it would have been justified and simply focussed on keeping the sale on track. I could not have asked for a better team. The house sold very quickly, due to some extent to the marketing, enthusiasm and dedication of the whole team. I would always recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone who wanted the best estate agent in Market Harborough to sell their home. Thank you!

Go straight to Henderson Connellan. We believe their professionalism and caring attitude really can't be matched by any other estate agents in Kettering. We've used them more than once but this time we were involved in a long chain which is never easy and whilst solicitors in every link of the chain seemed just too busy and stressed to chase each other up to link everything together smoothly, Karen at Henderson Connellan did a great job in obtaining information and passing it along the line. Henderson Connellan were initially fantastic when selling my house. They got 15 people to view my property and it SOLD in 1 week. I was delighted. Then I heard very little from them and had to chase them for information. There was no sale progression reports. Thankfully my solicitor kept me informed of events so that on completion, I knew what to expect. As again, no contact from estate agent. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in general and of sale progression from the Estate Agent.

Henderson Connellan, (Market Harborough branch), recently sold my father's bungalow. Everything went smoothly and I feel that it is because all the agents knew the latest situation regarding the property, rather than have just one named person dealing with it.. Any queries I emailed or phoned them about, staff were instantly listening and, if they said that they would come back to you, they DID! That is rare for people to do that these days! Would definitely recommend this Estate Agency..

This office offers a team of property professionals that is a cut above any other estate agency in this region. It is easy to be outwardly friendly but no one can doubt the sincerity of each of the members of this group. Photography and presentation of the property online and in print were quickly completed and of the highest quality. Everone in this group acted as a member of a team with professionalism, courtesy, respect and care for my property as well as for the potential buyers. Neighbours commented on how respectful team members were when bringing potential buyers to the property. This was the second attempt at selling this property--the difference between Henderson Connellan and previous company could not be more stark. There were more people viewing this property after 24 hours of listing it this time than there were in 2 months with the previous agency. And I had two offers in that 24 hour period, compared to no offers at all during the previous 6 month contract with the other company. It might be a matter of timing, but with this sort of result it is most likely a higher degree of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care.
